Day 1Cracow
Arrival in Cracow. Transfer to hotel. In the evening, a welcome dinner with a brief introduction to Polish culinary traditions at a restaurant specializing in the old Polish cuisine of the nobility. Return to hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 2 Cracow
Breakfast. A day to discover the charms of old Cracow and the local cuisine - something for both mind and body. Sightseeing in Cracow’s Old Town: a visit to Wawel Hill (the castle courtyard and the Cathedral), a stroll along the Royal Way, Collegium Maius, the Main Square and St. Mary’s Church. Lunch at a restaurant, where among many other traditional delicacies, there will be a chance to try an unquestioned classic - pierogi, delicious dumplings are available with a great variety of fillings. In the afternoon there will be time for shopping in and around the Main Square and an opportunity to try the local bagels, a culinary symbol of Cracow and a centuries-old tradition.
Option: a visit to Stary Kleparz market square - the place to buy fresh fruit and vegetables as well as bread, cheese and cold cuts (including the famous Krakowska Sausage).
Dinner at a restaurant serving Galician cuisine.
Option: Pub Crawl - a chance to discover Cracow’s night life and taste the local beer at pubs in the Old Town.
Overnight stay.
Day 3 Cracow - Zakopane

Tatra mountains
Breakfast. Departure for Zakopane, a town picturesquely situated at the foot of the Tatra Mountains. Funicular railway ride to Gubałówka, on foot to Butorowy Peak, and down by chairlift. Return to the town centre via Kościeliska street - Zakopane’s oldest street. Free time to stroll along Krupówki street and shop at the market for fresh produce and regional specialities, including the famous oscypek cheese. Dinner at an inn, accompanied by a highlander band. Return to hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 4 Zakopane - Szczawnica - Krynica
Breakfast. Departure for Sromowce for a raft trip down the River Dunajec to Szczawnica. After the trip, lunch at an inn. Journey to Krynica Zdrój, “the pearl of Polish health resorts”, famous for the therapeutic properties of its mineral waters. Arrival at hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 5 Krynica - Kamianna - Cracow
Breakfast. Discovering the charms of Krynica. A stroll around the Spa Park and a visit to the pump room, followed by a tour of the Nikifor Museum in Romanówka Villa, displaying the most valuable work of the primitivist painter. Lunch at an inn, then a drive to Kamianna. A tour of an apiary, an open-air beekeeping museum, and a chance to taste and buy the local honeys. Departure for Cracow. Arrival at hotel. Overnight stay.
Day 6 Cracow - Wieliczka - Cracow
Breakfast. Departure for Wieliczka. A tour of the salt mine. Return to Cracow. Afternoon in Kazimierz. Lunch at a restaurant serving Jewish cuisine and a stroll along the streets of this historical district. This will be an opportunity to discover the Jewish tradition and its significance to the history of Cracow and Poland, as well as its impact on cuisine. Return to hotel. In the evening, farewell dinner at a restaurant in the Old Town serving the best dishes of the region - a fitting finale to the tour! Overnight stay.
Day 7 Cracow
Breakfast. Departure from Cracow.
